I had a disappointing experience at Snax when the Superklipp promotion failed to work, despite the website clearly indicating that it was active. Because the offer could not be applied, I was denied the advertised discount and had to pay more than expected, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience during my visit. Please resolve this promptly by refunding the difference or providing an equivalent voucher. I also expect the website to be updated immediately and future promotions to be verified and available before being listed as active.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Snax. The service fell well below professional standards, and I was charged an additional 71 SEK without any clear explanation or justification. This unexplained charge is unacceptable, and I expect Snax to provide a prompt, detailed explanation and issue a full refund of the 71 SEK immediately. I also urge management to investigate what happened and take corrective action to ensure that customers are treated fairly and charged accurately in the future.

Jätte välkomnande personaler som alltid hälsar på kunden när en kommer in i butiken. De har allt, vilket gör så att man inte behöver åka in och storhandla på de större butikerna. Vettiga priser har de också
