Had a unit for test, supplier did not respond before return deadline and then I was stuck with the product. Their customer service recommended solution to get the device working, but it never worked as intended. Smart Sign agreed to at least debrand the Qbic BXP-100 unit so I could use it as a stand alone android device since the solution did not provide what we needed, but their Sales director Morten Prang just stopped responding during the conversation. Because of this bad service I decided to not include them in consideration for any future locations and terminals despite the fact it would be usable there. Generally expensive compared to competition and offering no real advantages compared to the competition.
