The best butcher shop in town. The quality of their products is top-notch, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is super knowledgeable and helped us choose the best cuts for our special dinner. I ordered a piece of meat to be grilled here by the staff and it was amazing! Apparently the guy here used to be the grill cook at Jai Fu, so it was perfectly cooked. I normally come here for the burger on fridays, but do yourself a favor and tell them to suggest a steak. I told them my humble budget and they adapted. It was delicious and with red wine sauce. I’ll definitely be coming back! The building can be accessed by wheelchair, theres also good bathrooms for all the visitors to the market hall. If you have kids , there’s plenty of space for them to sit and take a fika while you do some shopping. The fish place is also super good and just in front.

Simply a fantastic butcher. They offer extremely high quality meats and beautiful cuts, from the more affordable all the way up to the elite, high grade Wagyu. We got a few different cuts of pork, lamb, and some bratwurst. All were top notch, without breaking the bank. Very friendly and knowledgeable and open to sharing tips and spending time with me to talk about cooking techniques for the different cuts. Everything you could want from a local butcher experience. Thank you so much; it elevated our grill night to a new level! P.S. The acorn-fed pork “Secreto” was out of this world! 🤤

Ett mycket bra ut utbud och med mycket bra service! De lyckades till och med gräva fram en lammfiol, mitt i maj. I disken låg annars allt från wagyu till flankstek och köttgarderoben dignade av hängmörade delikatesser.
