Supermysigt ställe i skogen utanför Kalix. Skog, vedeldad bastu, igloo med renar utanför. Spännande att få lära sig så mycket om renar och att få gå ut och gå med en. Inget att klaga på. Besök!

Våran vistelse var över förväntan! Väldigt vackert inredda igloos som hade det man behövde. Trots att vi var offseason så var servicen perfekt, och om vi undrade över något så fick vi snabbt svar på det. Vi badade bastu, åt så god mat och en härlig frukost. Vi saknade verkligen ingenting! Lugnet och mörkret och tystnaden var exakt det vi var ute efter. Ett stort plus var de gulliga renarna som följer en längst vägen till igloon. De är sociala och vi fick till och med vara ute och promenera med en av dom! Väldigt spännande, även för en som är uppvuxen här i norr. Det var väldigt vackert utan snö men vi kommer att komma tillbaka i vinter igen, för upplevelsen och lugnet. Kanske också får se norrsken. Tack Lea och Linus ❤️

I had an amazing stay here. The igloos are beautiful and well set up, offering a breathtaking view of the Forrest with the reindeers adding a nice touch to the view.. Waking up here is so peaceful and Lea ,the host, is warm welcoming and takes care of every detail. She is available and quick and is always keen to make the stay convenient. She also arranged a beautiful and delicious campfire dinner.. I also went into town and it was convenient.. I stayed at Skog aurora igloos for 2 nights and this was really a beautiful experience .. definitely coming back next time I’m in Sweden !

We had such a great stay at Skog Aurora Igloo ! It feels really authentic and immersive, not touristy at all. Being surrounded by the forest and reindeer was amazing, yet you're still only a few minutes from Kalix. The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole experience was unforgettable. We'd definitely recommend it! Thank you very much 🇸🇪🤩🎅🏻🌲🫎

Great experience staying here. The igloos are beautifully designed and surrounded by peaceful forest, which makes the whole place feel very private and special. Waking up with panoramic views of the Arctic landscape right from the bed is something you don’t experience often. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from everyday life. It’s also an amazing place to watch the northern lights if the sky is clear. The breakfast was amazing as well — fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day in such a beautiful setting. A truly memorable stay in Swedish Lapland. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique Arctic experience.

An absolutely magical stay at Skog Hotel ✨💫 We had an unforgettable family experience. The staff were truly wonderful: warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. They also respond very quickly to emails, which is greatly appreciated. Sleeping under the glass igloo was an incredible experience, surrounded by breathtaking nature. We were even lucky enough to watch the Northern Lights while staying warm inside the igloo… a truly timeless moment. This place deserves as many stars as the ones we admired in the sky that night. Our children, aged 6 and 4, were completely amazed from beginning to end, it was truly magical for them. We were lucky to be woken up by the reindeer. The breakfast was delicious, with high-quality products. A special mention as well for the thoughtful touches for children: they had the chance to feed the reindeer thanks to generously prepared baskets from the host, an unforgettable experience for all of us. And a special mention for their beautiful Samoyed dog, Boubou, who is absolutely adorable 🤍 We highly recommend this place and hope to come back very soon!
