Instructions unclear on what to bring and ridiculously long wait times. Picking up an ID should not require a 30+ minutes wait time.

This place appears to be run in a very efficient manner. I had to get an ID replaced (updated). I was asked if I needed assistance when I entered the building (there were two or three staff performing this duty). The letter confirmation for the appointment contained a QR code, which was scanned. Then I was given a number, sat watching the screens until I saw my number and then went to the desk indicated. I was photographed and had my fingerprints scanned (the machine had problems reading them, but we continued anyway). My ID was checked, I signed where told and was then informed that I should receive the replacement ID card within two weeks. All staff were friendly and helpful.

starting sept 1st they changed the opening hours, its now 09:30, The staff is lovely and very helpful. It usually goes quickly if you have a booking.
