Hi, Your broker, Fredrik Nildén hang up my call while I was asking the bygglov of the area updates of the house at Fredrik Nildén at Love Almqvists väg x, Sollentuna. He refused to answer the questions about the bygglov and he didn't even know why the area was different between the original size reported to the Kommon and the new mesurement which is 18 sqm more. What I feel is that he doesn't want to make the new construction of the house transparent to us while there's no bygglov of the new constructions. This is unacceptable. It's about a 7 million kronor house but not a 7 kr product that we need to make everything clear before we can sign the contract. We will report this to the Sveriges Konsumenter as well as the Svenska Mäklaren.
