Ah, the little harbor of "Skeppmalen"... We spent two nights here at the motorhome site (200 SEK without electricity) and did a lot of walking. The "pilot's trail" to the highest point in the area is lovely and manageable, though the path was poorly marked in places, requiring a bit of searching. There isn't much to the village itself; aside from "the photo" that everyone needs in their collection, you’ll quickly run out of things to see. The walk to the lighthouse through the nature reserve is beautiful, and the views—especially in the evening—are stunning. You can also go straight up via the road, which makes it accessible for people with disabilities. It’s hard to assign a star rating here, given that the entire coastal region is spectacular and in that perspective I’ll give it 3 stars—and that’s only because this spot is hyped up so much, even though it doesn't really deserve it... there are countless prettier harbors along the Swedish coast.
