Staff went above & beyond when they discovered I forgot my iPad in the car. They called me up and then ran over and arranged for it to get to me - past security, so I didn't miss my flight! Thank you !

I rented a premium hybrid category vehicle through a prepaid rental and I was offered two options by the Sixt employee, an Audi A6 wagon or Volvo XC60 SUV - both hybrids and of the correct category. I chose the XC60 and I was given a plug-in hybrid T6 model that was only 1 week old at the time of rental, it was in brand new condition and very clean. It was also easy to return the vehicle although the parking spaces are very tight so poorly parked cars on either side can make it hard to get out. Apart from the Gothenburg congestion charge & processing fee (expected), there were no additional charges and the service from employees throughout the rental process has been excellent including when I called them to ask questions about tolls. There is a nearby petrol station (OKQ8) to refuel the rental before returning it and it also has a car wash.

Jag ville hyra bil på SIXT men det gick inte lika smidigt som andra företag. Jag kom 3-4 min sent då hände att dom skulle stänga. När jag kom in sa personalen att jag behövde betala 800kr bara att det övertid?!. Jag bestämde att passa på o acceptera men sen frågade dom om min inkomst registrering? Tydligen om du inte haft fast inkomst året innan så kan du inte hyra från dom. Jag har hyrt från andra firmer men har aldrig sett samma regler.

Be careful , I was renting Volvo 2 month ago with my credit card and after two month every month they are taking money from my credit card with some reasons like parking or tolls which I didn’t do
