We have using Sixth rental company many times and we were fairly satisfied with them. Until, this last rental ( 2 week rental. we picked up a voilswagen in guttenberg, Sweden and returned the car in stockholm on August 28th). We had a flat tire. We called Sixt customer service hotline to report the problem and how to proceed to repair the flat tire or bring back the car to the closest Sixt office) We were transferred to our (4) different Sixt offices and no one knew what to do. Then we call Sixt guttenberg offices to be told that we need to find a place to repair the flat tire. Overall no help at all from Sixt. We partially repair the flat tire with the glue kit and used the electrical pump to be able to bring the car the closest Volkswagen repair office in Skara, Sweden. They fixed the tire, which we had to pay. We returned the car in stockholm' sixt office located iat the Sheraton hotel. We explained our flat tire experience and Sixt' lack and ambiguous customer service. The representative did seem to care too much about our experience and their lack of customer service by saying " it's okay, we will drive the car around and we will send you an email in 24 hours. I hope they at not leasing the car to other people without changing the tire, which will be wise for the safety of Sixt' customers. But again, Sixt like the other rental companies may disregard the issue and move on hoping nothing happens. OVERALL, THE ABOVE FAIRLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TO US WHO USED SIXT SEVERAL TIMES OF THE LAST 8 MONTHS DRIVING AROUND EUROPE.
