Amazing customer service! I had a 4-year-old lens (No warranty anymore) that somehow got some dust inside. I contacted Sigma, and they kindly asked me to ship the lens to their service department. They cleaned the lens at no cost and even covered all shipping expenses. Everything was done within one week!

Polite+helpful! But not satisfied with customer handling. Wanted them to check my lens & let me know if it needs repair. For that i need to post it. Wish they could look into that in their center. It takes money &time to send and back only 4 a qstion

Extremt hjälpsam. De hjälpte mig med ett kamera- och objektivproblem. Super proffsigt och löste snabbt mitt problem.

Sigma warranty and service is world Class, same as their great products. I'm very happy to be a customer, and also the help and solution i got was 100% perfect. It's when you get great support that you know the true quality of a company, and Sigma has been just the best! Hopefully I will be a customer for many years to come.
