I am honestly very disappointed with the quality of the clothes in the Seynur shop. After only about 2 weeks, the dress I bought after 1 wash became all dried out (the washing was done according to the instructions on the label, and the dress was washed separately on a very delicate mode, spin 600) and literally to be thrown away. This situation is understandable, sometimes clothes do not live up to our expectations and, willingly or unwillingly, the shop has a duty to consider our concerns. I took the product back to the shop with my receipt and the original net which I had received after purchasing it and was surprised to be treated in a very unprofessional manner after speaking to the presumably female owner. Her behaviour was far below any standard that would indicate a good brand. She dismissed my complaint out of hand, said that such situations happen with clothes and that they do not offer any guarantee (after which she denied that no one had ever reported anything in her shop and that her clothes had no problems). When I pointed out that the collection was new and could probably be faulty, she was outraged and said that it was not their collection and that they order their clothes from third party brands. This is embarrassing to say the least. If you are ordering clothes from third party brands/collections, you should do your research on the items you are selling. Buying and selling products does not absolve you of any responsibility with regard to their guarantee. To summarise: If you don't want to lose money on something that you can wear for a very short period of time + be treated in a very unprofessional manner, don't go there. You can find many other shops on the market that will certainly treat you much better. In addition, after a quick check of the "external brand" from which the dress was purchased by the shop, it is really fascinating how for something that normally costs around 120 sek, they sell it for 550 sek! Such a difference gives a lot of food for thought, is it really not a scam?
