We are so disappointed 😔 the whole experience has been a mess. We purchased a new Viking bed from seng with adjustable base in November of last year. They said we would receive the bed before Christmas. The first week of January and we still hadn’t heard anything. We ordered this bed because it would make the pregnancy more comfortable. When the bed finally arrived, the delivery guys were so rude and walked with muddy shoes through the house to put the bed in my room. (I couldn’t do it since I was pregnant) in the package we were supposed to get two sets of sheets and a duvet cover. They sent sheets that weren’t comparable to what we ordered, and the duvet cover is smaller than the duvet we bought from them. I called the store and they did send the correct sheets. Within a couple months the bed was making a really loud cracking noise so I looked underneath and saw that the base was cracked and it was patched by the manufacturer. I called seng and they ordered a new base to replace the cracked patched one. The new base arrived at my house and it was cracked and patched again in another place. I called seng and told them this base has the same issue, and I was told it happens to one out of ten in the factory and I just got unlucky getting it twice but it was fine and they weren’t doing anything more about it. I was a bit upset at this point since the bed was expensive and I was receiving something that was already broken and glued. Shortly after all of this, the glue in the mattress gave way and the whole mattress came apart. How does all of this happen to a brand new bed within 1 year of purchase? When I called seng they said glue isn’t typically covered but because of the problems they would have viking send out a new one. I paid a lot of money for this bed and it seems like it’s just lacking quality. Honestly budget beds have held up a lot better than this one, and I wouldn’t be invested in this high of a price tag. The sales people assured me this was a quality great brand and we would be very satisfied. They gave the pitch about how great the warranty is. Unfortunately they leave out a lot of details, and sending out broken patched beds is standard procedure. I gave a 2 star because the sales associates have been nice but the rest of the experience has been awful.

Loved the customer service - ended up buying a bed from Naira (maybe I’m misspelling the name 😅) who explained everything about the bed and the options to change colors, as well as the warranty. I was not planning to buy anything just went in to have a look while my sister went to Jysk, but the options and promo offered by the seller were great. Recommended place to find your dream bed and what a great seller a pleasure to talk to her. My sis and I also got to drink some bubbles to celebrate.
