Charlotte recently ran a meditation session to kick off an end of project lessons learned day. The content of the session was developed to support the needs of the team, balancing the energy in the room and freeing the mind from distractions in order to focus on the day ahead. Thank you Charlotte

Such a beautiful, light, relaxing space to practice mindfulness and meditation. Both the 8 week course and the drop in sessions have been so perfectly structured, really well led and a nourishing moment to myself :)

I had the opportunity to be part of an eight-week mindfulness course led by Lucy and Charlotte in January 2019 and it really opened my eyes. The course itself was inspiring, refreshing, and definitely habit-building, and Lucy and Charlotte created a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They are in no doubt experts in their field. Would 100% recommend!
