I give one star because I can’t give 0. Worse delivery company I have ever had. I was going to get my package on Monday and I gave my door code and my phone number so they could leave it by my door and yet they write in the app that they couldn’t deliver it, not once but twice! It says they’re supposed to write you an sms to rebook the delivery but no one sent me the sms so I had to contact myself DVS and tell them to please use the code and leave the package by the door and call me if they had questions. They couldn’t book for Tuesday because they say when they put the package back in their processing facilities it takes 24 h to send it back to delivery which is very bad too. Either way on Wednesday proceeded the same way they write in the app Im not home and don’t deliver the package or send sms. Now Thursday again I have to call them myself and insist and explain I really need my package today because I’m travelling Friday and they say they can’t do anything about it that it will be sent on Friday if I sign with bank ID???? This company is a joke , don’t book your deliveries with them it will just delay everything unnecessarily
