Set up as new customer after visit from rep. Promised vinyl samples that didn't arrive. Had to chase these. At the same time ordered several thousand kr worth of vinyl that took almost 3 months to arrive. Randomly billed for a single t-shirt we didn't order, want, or receive. For months we received reminder letters and extra charges for this. Wasted time trying to get this resolved. Purchased items though the website but when we received the invoice we had been charged almost double the price. Again, more wasted time trying to resolve this. The only positive is the shipping is quick for items that are in stock.
