I had to return the product

I had to return the product, because it did not fit the car, despite the product description claims that it was for the model. The customer service then declined my claim based on false technical specifications. In more detail, the product page listed only two years of the total production years of the model that is six in total. The model has been identical for those six years. Based on this technicality, my claim was denied. edit 20.10. SC-Styling responded here claiming I have not sent them pictures. This is false. I have sent them pictures exactly as they asked me to. Now if SC-Styling could check the emails again. edit late 20.10. You have not sent any email like that. You asked for pictures, I sent you those. After that you have not asked for any other pictures. You have even answered that email, and I have responded. We can continue over email, since I'm the last one to have responded to you there.

Svar från Scandinavian Car Styling

Hello Olav! We are still waiting for a response from you when we asked for pictures so we can continue with this complaint/return. Since you have not sent this to us, we cannot proceed with this to the supplier and, as we said, it is they who have given us the information that the product you have bought is for the 2023-2024 yearmodel and that the car should not have a body kit (a type of equipment package) So we have not declined this return/complaint. But the supplier needs the pictures so we can continue. Edit 20/10: We have sent you a new email 4 days ago that you have not answered on, we got the pictures on the product before but not the pictures on the car that the supplier need for this complaint to see why this does not fit your 2022 yearmodel.
