Mycket kund-orienterade. Precis vad jag önskar av en flyttfirma. // Urban

I am happy to share a really great experience with SBK when moving from Hamburg, Germany, to Norrköping, Sweden. Moving your flat to another country can be quite a stressful experience, but SBK made the whole process remarkably smooth and easy. What really stands out about SBK is the people. The teams at both the departure and arrival locations were great: professional, efficient, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Their spirit and the way they handled everything made a big difference. I would especially like to mention Arvid, who managed the move out of Hamburg. He was incredibly positive, calm and solution-oriented throughout the whole process. Having someone like him taking care of things at such an important and stressful moment made the move feel so much easier. Another fantastic thing about SBK is that they disassemble and reassemble major pieces of furniture. Arriving at your new home and having the team efficiently put your bed and other large pieces of furniture back together is honestly one of the best things that can happen after a long journey. A big thank you to everyone at SBK, and especially to Arvid. I would wholeheartedly recommend SBK to anyone moving to or from Sweden.

I just moved from Stockholm Sweden to Berlin Germany. SBK was fantastic, from all the initial contacts, to the collecting and packing team as well as the delivery team. Everything perfect1 Thoroughly recommend. It is actually my second time using their services.

Birgitta Carlsson A Trosa

I’ll leave the same review for this main(?) location as for the Västra Frölunda location as we interacted with both. Today we received my things from the US. Just about 4 months from the time they were picked up. Much sooner than I expected especially given what some world ’leader’ is doing to disrupt worldwide shipping. Things went very smoothly with their affiliates in the US. I was a bit worried about that as we had decided on a Sweden-based shipper. That was no worry at all. We had a bit of a delay/challenge getting our things at the very end. However, all worked out in the end and I expect some things learned along the way. I’ve made quite a few international moves in my time; 8 to be exact. This was the last ☺️ Glad to end on a positive note. Fredrik and Mikaela, thanks for all the help along the way. Thanks also to the 2 men from the VF location this morning for the help. I’d encourage anyone moving from the US here to Sweden to use SBK. The photo is nearly all 58 boxes (7 missing as they have already been unpacked).
