Don't really feel like recommend SATS. Not only they are unreasonably more expensive than other same-range gyms, but also they use dark patterns to grab more money from clients. Normally if the rule is to be allowed to change or cancel an appointment not less than 24 hours before, the good practice is to send the reminder message at least 12 hours before the set deadline. Instead, what they do is sending you the reminder exactly 24h before the appointment, so that you may easily occur in late notice and therefore have to pay anyways. THIS IS A DARK PATTERN, it means not having the slightest respect for your customers and says a lot about what kind of business you are.
