I needed assistance with finding a travelling suitcase that I knew would be the right dimensions for the flight I was about to take, I received very kind and professional help, they even made sure that the customization was perfectly applied. I left the store with a pep in my step, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently purchased the Samsonite Ecodiver Medium Laptop Backpack from the store in Gothenburg, and I’m extremely pleased with both the bag and the service I received. The backpack is excellent quality, very practical, and clearly well designed. It looks great, feels durable, and has exactly the kind of space and layout I was looking for. It’s comfortable to wear, the compartments are very useful, and it’s ideal for carrying daily essentials while still looking smart and stylish. I’m really happy with the purchase and can already tell it’s going to be a very useful bag for travel and everyday use. What made the experience even better was the fantastic service from Felicia. She was friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely went out of her way to help me find the right bag for my needs. She took the time to make sure I chose the best option rather than rushing the sale, and that level of customer care really stood out. A big thank you to Felicia for her excellent help. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality luggage and first-class customer service. it’s also perfect under the seat for Ryanair flights.
