Therese and the rest of the staff were great. The cocktail list has something for everyone. They made each drink with care, were friendly, funny and made my time at Sally’s super enjoyable. Also worth noting they hand pick each ice cube .. very cool.

Spent a few nights at the Sheraton and this was our go-to bar! Bartender and cocktails were fantastic. Classic, well made drinks. We also ate here one night and it was good. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, I would highly recommend this place.

Pretty poor service tonight—hopefully just an exception rather than the norm. I’ve had good experiences here before, but the staff today seemed very inexperienced. As a bartender myself, I felt they lacked the professionalism and knowledge I’d expect.

Very good selection and in the beginning good attentive service. But if the like to be "Stockholms new living room" and compet with Grand Hotel they have to work on the rest. No one ask how the drink was - if we liked anything else - no question if we like to order a second drink - no snacks with your drink. My second visit - same low level of service.
