Terrible customer service (from the brand rather than the store itself). I raised a complaint with them over a month ago and keep getting fobbed of with ‘We will of course look into this further and get back to you’. Nothing after three emails and I have had to resort to leaving bad reviews to get their attention!

Best Technical Sailing Apparel/Gear Ever. I finally had the opportunity to visit their flagship store in Stockholm while visiting the area last week and it did not disappoint. Purchased their Orca Jacket — perfection in truly waterproof lightweight sailing jackets. The brand and their flagship store are an oasis in the otherwise mundane world of technical sailing clothing. I have been buying Musto and Zhik for years, which are good, but Sail Racing is truly next level. Amazing quality, cutting edge technical materials and tailored modern athletic style… Thanks to Filip, Sebastian and Alexandra for all of their help and insights for this and previous online purchases! Hoping for continued growth of the brand into ski wear and other areas! -Charles F
