Don’t go here. Go to Carglass instead in Gärdet. I had a terrible experience. My back-window was wrecked, I was told to come to this place to get help. The worker there was not only not helpful at all, he gave me no explanation why he didn’t wanted to help and just said he wasn’t gonna replace the window and to leave. It almost felt personal. I went to Carglass instead in Gärdet where they were so helpful and put plexiglass on my window the time they could order my car window instead. I have never in my life put a bad review on Google, but I want to let people know that if you are in difficulty with your car and don’t want to beg to get help, do not go there. Carglass did not even make me pay to fix my car window on the day with the temporary plexiglass.

I have visited this branch of ryds bilglass two times. First time in january and second time recently. I was impressed by the professionalism and fast change of the windshield the first time. When I got another crack in the window recently I thought I was unlucky. Based on the good experience of the first time I decided to go there again for a windshield replacement. This time again windshield was delivered in perfect condition but unfortunately there was damage in my other windows. Especially rear windows has big scratches that is visible from rear view mirror. I noticed the damage right after i picked the car and took pictures. Some of the scratches are so deep that catches the finger nail. Visited the shop and told them that those scratches was not there when I left the car for repair and asked if there was some kind of an accident which might have caused them. They denied any responsibility. Even though I said that I look at the rear view mirror hundreds of times and load cargo to the trunk couple of times every day and was sure that the damages were caused by the shop they denied. When I told them that I will give one star for this unprofessionalism they said I should give 0 stars if I want. Well I am unable to give 0 stars but here is one with pictures taken couple of hours after I had picked the car from repair. I was surprised by how brittle was the first replacement windshield compared to the original which dodged a lot of small shots until finally cracked by a really big stone in january. The second windhield that they installed has a dent already in just two weeks. So i suspect they use counterfeit products looking like original factory items. Avoid.
