I have your app. I bought the tickets online and completed the pre-check online. Then, at the machine before entering the boarding area, I had no code to scan. The keyboard on the machine wasn’t working, so I couldn’t type in my booking reference either. That is exactly why I called for help. Instead of simply explaining what I needed to enter, they treated me like I was an idiot because my booking reference contains both letters and numbers, while the machine only allows numbers to be entered. Finally, after all that, they told me that I wasn’t supposed to enter the booking reference at all — I was supposed to enter the operator reference.
