We wanted to improve pellet stove's operations and lower down the container. Initially the guy came for an assessment ~2500kr Then the actual work on another occasion costed us ~8000kr but after we tried using it, it did not work so we called them to come and fix it properly... So this third visit costed us 3300kr and the guy was just telling that we might need to change pellet size. We did not accept it and finally adjusted the angle and hight ourselves so it is working now. We have tried to contact with the manager and owner of the company about the last bill, that it was not fair to receive it (because he did not do his initial work properly and charged us over 3000 kr for nothing) but Ronny replied bluntly: ''Bara betala annars går det till kronofogden'' So we paid, paid for nothing... And the worst part is that around this area there is not much choice of this kind of service... I would really not be willing to use their service again... Extremely disappointing 😔

Duktig VVS kille som installerade rören till vår blandare i köket. Men 950:-/h ex. moms innan rot känns i överkant.
