If this is the rituals in the galleria then I want to say that I didn’t like the staff. She first came and asked if we need help and I told her that no thanks we are just watching. But then she kept staring at us(not in a nice way) and then when she noticed we noticed her she came again and asked if we are looking for a present or something for ourselves. I mean I already have answered you. You are staring at me for what? It made us so uncomfortable we left. Her questions are normal but forcing a smile and staring is not.

I love rituals and most of there products and have no complaints regarding that. And most of my visits there have been really good. However, this one time a few days ago I went to the one in Stureplan and I was fuming. I went in there looking for blush and asked the lady working there if she can help me. I was between two trying to figure out how they would look on me. But instead of helping she said “hmm you seem to have acne on ur face maybe u shouldn’t use that much foundation” and started taking about skincare. I told her I used good products and im working on it and she told me to visit a doctor and take pills. I was flabbergasted, like im sorry but what the hell does that have to do about blush. I just wanted to find a good summer blush. And she told me to come back when I have no makeup on my face to see what color works best which made me even more mad cause I wanna see how it looks like with foundation not without. Instead of selling me all your other products and giving me advice I didn’t ask for, sell me the blush I came there for. And to tell me to go to the doctors and take pills.....she probably meant well but what if I was really sensitive and insecure about myself she could have received and type of reaction. I was really suprised and didn’t wanna make a scene but honestly who says something like that.
