I urgently needed to transfer money to my account as an international student. The consultant refused because I did not have a local ID, even though I showed my residence permit and passport. I accepted this as a company policy. When my friend came with me and with her valid ID to send the money to my account with my full agreement, the consultant still refused without a clear reason. The consultant said they could not transfer the money even if my friend sent it using her own ID because “the money is my not hers” and oh gosh it was just 100 dollars not a million amount.This is unreasonable. With my full agreement, it should not matter whether the money is hers or mine. If I had not explained the situation, they would not have known whose money is that?!! The staff should focus on doing their job ! instead of creating unnecessary obstacles. This service was unhelpful, inflexible, and completely disappointing. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially in urgent situations. Best regards.
