Extremely disappointing experience. Despite being informed about a difficult and sensitive situation, she chose to prioritize payment over professionalism or client care even thought the suggestion for payment was from her end. Assignments were left unfinished, and once payment was received, communication ceased entirely. Her approach came across as both unprofessional and lacking in integrity. I would STRONGLY caution others to seriously reconsider this accountant and look for alternative options.
