We ate at Torso last weekend, and while the food was delicious, I was disappointed with the service. The presentation of the dishes was quite simple and not particularly detailed or fancy, but that wasn’t really the main issue.
The service was very poor, and I didn’t feel that the staff were very professional. For example, they forgot to ask my mum what she would like to drink, which I found quite disappointing.
We also noticed the guests sitting at the table next to us. They had dogs and a wheelchair, and they seemed a little confused about how to get settled at their table. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to make much effort to assist them or help them get comfortable.
Overall, I think the service could be much more professional and attentive. The food was good, but the service really affected our experience.
Upscale restaurant right at the foot of the Turning Torso. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the food is superlative! We had a superb evening there.

Walking around Malmö later than the normal dinner hour but hungry, we were lucky to happen upon this gem! The atmosphere is eclectic & elegant with a lively bar and comfortable dining. We discovered our server, who was fun, attentive, and knowledgeable, was also the owner! He was absolutely delightful, not only with us but with all the guests. When we praised the quality of our meal (we both had the lamb shank) he was quick to credit the chef saying he was lucky to have such talent working for him. When we are back in Malmö, it will definitely include another dinner at Restaurant The Torso!
