Recommend their food but absolutely not their service or communication. I filed a complaint on Aug 29th towards their misleading marketing communication and also unprofessional employees when we showed her the photo and asked why we could not have desserts after the movie. She responded with the lines such as “I worked here for 9 years” and “you can only have the offer if you eat in the restaurant not ordering the food from the VIP lounge”. If I feel our voice of marketing confusion was heard properly, I would have dropped the case & walked away happily without any desserts. But when she interrupted us multiple times, I felt disrespected. I told her directly I’ll file a complaint about the marketing, but I need your name to show the fact that it’s not me inventing the rule of where the marketing offer is valid. And her response went quite unprofessional. So enough said, anyone sees their marketing needs to pay extra attention. I received the response from the restaurant, according to the response the marketing has been clarified. But I haven’t had any opportunity to verify that.
