Great experience!! It was easy to book a suitable car, picking up and returning the car was also super easy. The staff (Tomas) is very friendly and the car run smoothly and got me safely to my destinations - I've booked twice so far and can highly recommend it!

I took an XC90 which is of 2012 model which was poorly maintained where infotainment system was not working, extreme engine noice as well as battery charging port for mobile wasn't working. When complaining about the same post return of the vehicle nothing was taken into consideration and wasn't even ready to acknowledge. All above charged extra for the diesel when left the vehicle in full diesel condition per the meter gauge display in the car with extra charges randomly like misc charges etc where proper information wasn't given upon checking. When there is 10 litres shortage as you say how can the vehicle show full from the meter gauge when returning the vehicle. This should have been discussed with the customer before charging rather than randomly charging and misusing the safe deposit available with the rental company. So rent a wreck as the name states, Its a wreck and useless car i wouldn't recommend at all. Even if its slightly costly better go for new cars where the drive would be one to remember and not to forget.

När man återlämnar bilen utan att tanka den fullt (saknades över 10 liter) så utgår det en avgift på 300:- för att vi åker och tankar den för er. Alla kunder som sköter sig är väldigt nöjda.

Mr Thomas Hell, was very approachable, reasonable and kind hearted. Gave us a very good deal and a good car for it too. The Volvo XC 90 was very good and hassle free thru the 2900kms drive. Well maintained and comfortable. Fixing the rental (though i'm renting for the 1st time in Europe) was straightforward & pickup and delivery was simple. Would strongly recommend going with this agency & i hope i get similar people on my future trips
