Very friendly staff. The renting process is easy and efficient. Everything was clearly explained and all questions answered. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Elliot provided us with excellent customer service and proactively reached out via WhatsApp to find out on how we are doing on our road trip.

Very good experience renting a car in Arlanda/Stockholm. The office is easy to get to, once you find the Raddison blu shuttle bus which leaves every 10 minutes or so. Exceptionally friendly and trustworthy staff. The renting process is simple and we were explained all the relevant points of the rental agreement, pay attention here it's important. The fee for processing the toll/fine is 20 EUR and most other companies take more or even per processed fine/toll. You are unlikely to avoid the toll unless you know what you are doing and/or have a lot of time. A nice thing was an automatic parking time clock attached to the windscreen on our car which is extremely important thing to have in Sweden unless you are prepared to pay horrendous parking fines.

He made everything smooth and stress free, took the time to assist me, and made sure I felt taken care of. It’s always refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, especially when traveling abroad. Elli truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism.
