Det här omsömet gäller "Skistar" och det faktum att hotellet lierat sig med dem. 2 skäl att boka boende direkt hos boendet och inte via Shitstar: (1) Då blir det avbokningsbart så man kan få pengarna tillbaks men det kan man INTE med Shitstar, (2) Du måste ringa deras växel för att få kontakt men boendet kan du välja att maila eller ringa

Very close to the slopes in Duved and skibus goes every 30 minutes to Åre aswell. Breakfast is nothing special but works. There is a sauna available to use every evening. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and property were not up to date. Upon arrival, we discovered a few moving bugs under the sheets and mattress. We showed them to the receptionist, who said they are sugar roaches. Later we were confronted by a woman, who first kindly offered us another room. When we found the same bugs there as well, she pressured us to make a decision instantly because "the hotel is fully booked". We chose to stay, since there was not any other options nearby. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and we didn't feel like our concerns were taken seriously. Please find photos attached. We didn't get any bite marks, but the hotel didn't really investigate the situation further either. The staff didn't offer any compensation for the inconvinience. Be aware.

Very pleasant stay, it’s a nice place to stay with a family. Everything is very close - train station, grocery store, main busses, slopes. Breakfast is good too. Rooms are clean. We stayed at the apartment - it has “home” feeling, there was everything we needed for the stay, we liked it.
