Waren mit Camper dort, alles sehr sauber und Preis-Leistung unschlagbar, sehr nette Leute, wunderschöner Ort!

El entorno era precioso y el personal realmente muy amable, nos dejaron entrar al refugio de los renos. La cabaña era muy pintoresca y la decoración muy tematizada. El desayuno era muy completo. La cocina común estaba bastante sucia y desgastada, se notaba que no tiene mantenimiento. Nuestro viaje fue en otoño y había mucha lluvia. Al no tener gravilla ni asfalto los caminos, ir hasta las zonas comunes (aseos y duchas) era bastante incómodo y sucio. Creemos que mejoraría mucho la experiencia. Las duchas no eran incómodas, pero no estaban bien aisladas, ya que comunicaban las de hombres con las de mujeres y tenían ventana. Además, creemos que el tamaño de la cocina y de los baños no está bien dimensionado para la capacidad del alojamiento.

An unforgettable stay at the Reindeer Lodge We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Reindeer Lodge. From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, which made us feel at home straight away. One of the highlights was getting to feed the reindeer ourselves. Being able to get so close to these beautiful animals was such a special experience and something we will definitely remember. To make our stay even more magical, we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. Standing there surrounded by the peaceful Arctic landscape while watching the sky light up was unforgettable. The combination of the beautiful location, the reindeer and especially the wonderful hospitality made this one of the highlights of our trip through Scandinavia. We would absolutely recommend the Reindeer Lodge to anyone visiting the Kiruna area. We would happily stay here again!

We stayed here at the end of December 2025 and had a wonderful two-night stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. If you need a transfer from the airport, I recommend asking the lodge in advance. Many guests also arrived by car, so driving there is another easy option. We stayed in a cozy cabin without a private toilet, but it was absolutely fine and part of the experience. The lodge was peaceful and relaxing, and we really enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning. The wood-fired sauna and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax in the cold winter weather. We had dinner at the restaurant near the Sami museum, which was a delicious and cozy place (you will get a ride from the Lodge). We also joined a Sami tour, which was a great opportunity to learn more about Sami culture and the people. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights over the lake, and walking across the frozen lake was such a memorable experience. The famous Icehotel is also nearby, and we heard that its owner is a friend of the lodge owner. We also learned that Icehotel was inspired in part by the Sapporo Snow Festival in Japan. The two places offer very different experiences, but it was lovely to feel that both are connected to and help preserve the Sami culture and history of this area. We were very happy that we chose to stay at this lodge. It was a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable experience in Kiruna, and we would happily come back!

What an amazing experience! The staff is lovely and heartwarming. The huts are clean, cozy and quite big. The community kitchen is well equipped, the sanitary services are clean, the location is very peaceful and quiet. The reindeers nearby are the cherry on top. A must-visit when nearby. Thanks for this unforgettable stay here 🫶🏻
