Langweilige Bus-Tour mit wenig Informationen. Für das Gebotene viel zu teuer. Das geht in anderen Städten besser. Nicht zu empfehlen. Schade bei so einer schönen Stadt.

Leider fahren die Busse nur alle 45 Minuten. Die Haltestellen sind z.t. nicht ausgewiesen. Am Samstag maßlos überfüllt. Es kamen auch nicht alle Personen mit , da keine Plätze mehr frei waren. Informationen sehr spärlich. Viel zu teuer. Preis/Leistung als Kompiticker mit Museen allerdings besser.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Stopps werden einfach ausgelassen, die meiste Fahrtzeit dudelt Musik, man erfährt wenig über Stockholm und dann wurden wir mitten in der Stadt aus dem Bus gebeten, es war halt Feierabend...da steht man dann in der City und weiß nicht wie man an sein Ursprungsziel kommen soll, zu mal auch nicht so "sportliche" Gäste im Bus waren.

was a bus, bus took you around, they give you headphones and there is someone in a recording telling you a couple things but nothing special. not what i expected. Its not informative tour in any nature. just a way to get around.

ZERO STARS. AVOID this dishonest company. My sister and I recently visited Stockholm as the last part of a holiday trip. With limited time available to us because of our homeward flight, we tried to book a 1hr canal cruise. We explained our time constraints to the agent who told us she could accommodate us on an 11.30am cruise. As our payment was approved, the agent received a text message to say the 11.30 sailing was cancelled. She could not cancel our payment. She rang her supervisor to explain our situation. She was advised to tell us to email a particular email address with a copy of our receipt and a refund would be processed. The agent actually typed the message herself for us to send. Despite several emails since that date, we have not received our refund as promised. ‘Guest Engagement’ personnel have refused our refund on the basis that the ticket we were sold was for a 24 hour hop on/off service (although that was clearly not what we asked for). Had we been told at the time that a refund would not be made, we could have offered our tickets to the next (unfortunate) customer in the queue. As the conversation between the agent and her supervisor was in Swedish, we can only assume that what was relayed to us was true. However either the supervisor lied to the agent, when she told her we could apply for a refund, or the agent lied to us. Appalling customer service either way.

Took the Archipelago tour via Get Your Guide. Staff and the cruise were amazing, food in the bar as well. Managed to sit at the front. Come 20-25min before your official time to have better seats.

Excelente Servicio!! Los audios funcionaron a la perfección. El Bote Espectacular con paradas en varios lugares. Y por 48hs. Incluso con Descuento para el Museo Vassa. Todo Espectacular!!!
