The service is absolutely horrible. Cleaning is barely acceptable, super slow internet, very few household items to use during your stay, broken kitchen utensils, dirty walls with paint peeling off the walls. Apartment was way overpriced, this company cares only about making money, refuses to meet clients' requirements. It's all about getting money from the clients and not doing anything for them to actually enjoy their stay.

Very good customer services. Great communication, you feel safe renting your place through them. Totally recommend.

DON'T book with them! When we arrived the flat was not cleaned (urine under the toilet seat, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, that did not work by the way, etc) and the double bed in the second bedroom was in fact a single bed --> my daughter had to sleep on the floor on sofa cushions. We immediately informed RedApple Apartments and they refused to partly refund money (not even the cleaning fees we had paid!!!) and they even sent an e-mail insulting me, saying I had caused all these issues and had an anti-social behavior!!!! So avoid them.....
