Their customer service is non-existent
Their customer service is non-existent. I have sent so many emails and received no response.
We received our order almost 6 months after placing it. We were originally told that it would take around 5 weeks. We received no information about the delay or about the production process.
When we finally received the order, several patches and other items were missing. We were not informed about the missing items — I had to figure this out myself.
I reached out to them again because we want a refund for the missing items, but once again, we have received no response.
This is the first and last time we will use this company.
We are a small community in Greenland and do not have a lot of money to spend. Losing money on a company that provides such poor service is extremely frustrating.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Beställde en Gi av märket Hyperlyte med eget tryck på ryggen, fantastisk service och bemötande, väldigt hjälpsam personal, blev ett par telefonsamtal och mail för att få till ett superresultat. Kommer absolut beställa här igen när det behövs nya grejer!!
Köpt bjj dräkter och rashguards till barnen tidigare, både i den fysiska butiken och online. Hade en lite krånglig förfrågan denna gång men fick suverän hjälp att få ihop perfekt passande storlekar. Mycket hjälpsam personal och enormt snabb respons på mail och frakten gick på en dag. Mycket bra!
Vorsicht bei Bestellung in die Schweiz. Artikel haben nicht gepasst, diesbezüglich musste ich 50.- CHF nur für den Versand bezahlen (hin/zurück). Zusätzlich 30.- CHF für Zollgebühren.

We’re sorry to hear that the products did not fit and that the return process resulted in additional costs.
For orders shipped to Switzerland, import duties, VAT, customs fees, handling charges, and similar costs may apply. These fees are charged by Swiss customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier and are not collected or controlled by Rebelz.
As stated during checkout:
“The customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT/taxes, customs fees, handling fees, and other charges in the destination country.”
Our Terms & Conditions also state:
“The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and is responsible for the return until the return has been delivered to Rebelz. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.”
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs charges or international return shipping rates.
Depending on the circumstances, some import duties or taxes may be refundable when goods are returned and re-exported. As these charges are collected by Swiss customs authorities and/or the carrier, customers should contact them directly regarding any potential refund.
We understand that these costs can be disappointing, especially when an item does not fit as expected. We are always happy to assist customers with sizing questions before ordering to help minimize the risk of returns.

The absolute worst service ever. Our club members were left waiting half a year for our team gear (and still waiting).
Rebelz made a lot of excuses and broken promises. It would have been so much easier if they were honest and just said they were not able to fulfill our order due to whatever circumstances but instead they kept feeding us BS.
I would recommend buying elsewhere. It’s not worth the stress and time.
They’re simply just not honest.
We started a new BJJ-Club last summer and were actively looking for a merch supplier. Here is our experience:
We placed an order for some grappling gear with Rebelz that was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas last year. Over five months later, we still have nothing to show for it.
The most frustrating part isn't even the missing items—it’s the complete lack of transparency. Every time we’ve followed up, been fed a different excuse. First, we were told the shipment was lost. Then, they were remaking the order. Then, the replacement was somehow lost too. All of this was mixed with empty promises that delivery was "imminent."
We tried to be incredibly patient and gave them multiple chances to just be honest with us about what was actually going on. Instead, we just got more runarounds.
If you value your time, money, and basic customer service, avoid ordering in bulk from here. There is absolutely zero accountability.
Excellent experience ordering an item which was difficult to find in the US, customer service was exceptional, international shipping was prompt, communication was superb!
