A professional, clean and well planned out studio. The Pilates instructors are welcoming and friendly. I would recommend anyone who enjoys reformer Pilates to try this studio.

Passing through Sweden and it had been a couple of weeks since I last had a Pilates class so I was really craving one. Signed up for a Pilates Flow class and Mei Lin (not sure if I got her name right) was great! A combination of traditional Pilates and a more classic exercise- think Pilates with lunges and squats added in. Sweated my butt off but really enjoyed the class! Trude was a huge help when I booked a class at one of their locations that ended up being a 7 hour drive away! (I can't read Swedish!) She was kind and so, so helpful! If I lived nearby, this would be my studio of choice! I guess I'll have to come back to Sweden!!

A brand new reformer studio with friendly staff and well-trained trainers. Personally, not so challenging classes but enjoyable.

A much needed addition to the Stockholm Pilates scene. Sianna was such a sunny introduction to the new studio - excited to go back! (Hopefully soon there is a studio in central Sthlm!)
