We bought a rapid machine and 6 months later had to replace it with a herbold machine, our rapid machine machine has been falling apart. Starting with bolts from the factory that came loose and ruined our knifes we we down for weeks til we were able to get rapid co e fix the problem, the machine has no power to do the parts we wanted to grind, rapid had the parts and told us this machine was designed for our parts. Newest problem is the welds on the hopper walls have started to fail and needed to be rewelded. When rapid tech came out he told us that salesmen sold the wrong machine, I would stay clear of rapid it also takes 8 weeks to get parts.
