I have a couple of issues with this hotel. We stayed for two nights, 3 adults and 2 kids, meaning we had to get two rooms. The room for 3 was down the hall from the other room. The room had windows overviewing the big conference room, no daylight. I can imagine the awkwardness being in the room with people in the conference room. A lot of rooms has got a view looking right in to the conference room. The tv wasn’t working in the room, so they kindly helped us with another room. The new room we got was CONNECTED to the other room. Making the stay a lot more easy, not having to go down the hall for communicating. The new rooms bathroom was wheelchair friendly, which killed the nice hotel vibe a bit. No place to put your toiletries, the shower curtain was 30cm to short, meaning the whole bathroom floor was covered in water after showering. The room had a double bed and a guest bed. The guest bed was very uncomfortable. There was a crack in the middle that you would sink in to when sleeping, so nobody could sleep in it without getting pain in the back. We added breakfast after booking, the first day they mistakenly charged us for only 3 adults at a price that seemed fair for the not at all overwhelming breakfast selection. Being in good faith that that price was the right price, we added the breakfast for the next morning as well, but now they charged us the real price, and wow that was not what we expected. It was really not worth the price, but easy with kids. We complained about the different charges and they kindly refunded the higher charged price. The hygiene at the morning buffet was absolutely disgusting. The staff is wearing black rubber gloves, but touching everything. The gloves were greasy and not clean. They are touching computer, picking up stuff from the floor, touching new trays with food, touching used service, then touching clean cutlery, dirty dishes, without changing the gloves. Disgusting and dangerous for people’s health. The breakfast staff also seemed to not care for their jobs or the guests. I wonder if they have a nice working environment. The staff in the front desk was really helpful and offering advice and assistance. The parking charge is also a joke. I think you could do cheaper if you just park in the parking spot and not use their Radisson gatet parking spot. They had a nice selection of free fruits, water and snacks in the reception.

Only a 10 minute walk from at major transport links,this hotel is great. The interior of the hotel has a lovely warm feel to it with staff that are highly professional. Breakfast was great. It would be my 1st choice if I come back

Just a last minute decision to stay here for the night. I picked this hotel. Easy to find. Good ambience. Next trip here I would definitely stay here longer for sure!
