It was a pleasant experience! We searched for a spontaneous solution to our luggage problem and found a good one. Even though there was a bit of struggle while rebooking our luggage to a different place, the customer service helped us in time and in a friendly matter. Everything worked out great and we could have a nice, luggage-free last day in Stockholm!
