I booked flexible storage at this place labeled as open 24/7 as I needed to be able to pickup my item between midnight and 1am. However on arrival the attendant said I could only pickup before 11 and he needed to know the exact time I would pickup which I could not provide. Be aware that 24/7 just means you can leave your luggage overnight not that you can pickup or drop off anytime! Radical could not offer me a refund only a voucher.

We’re very sorry that the actual pickup conditions did not match what you expected from a location advertised as open 24/7. We understand how frustrating it was to book specifically because you needed access between midnight and 1 a.m., only to be told on arrival that collection had to take place before 11 p.m. and at a specific time. We also regret that Radical Storage could only offer a voucher instead of the refund you requested. We sincerely apologize for the unclear availability information and the inconvenience this caused.

Friendly staff. Everything worked well, and the storage was much cheaper than the lockers at the station.

I made a prepaid reservation through the Qeepl app and followed all the instructions perfectly. When I arrived, the staff refused to accept my booking, falsely claiming that "the locker system doesn't accept the app on Sundays." This was an outright lie to force me to pay an additional cash fee on-site. Total scam behavior—they are bypassing the platform to double-charge travelers who have nowhere else to go. Avoid this location; they are dishonest.

We’re sorry to hear about the frustrating experience described. However, this review appears to refer to a prepaid reservation made through the Qeepl app, not through Radical Storage. For that reason, the booking, payment, and any issue related to the app used were not processed through our service. We understand that being refused at the location after following the instructions must have been very upsetting, but this situation concerns another booking platform rather than our luggage storage service.
