OMG! We discovered this treasure purely by chance on a cycle ride. How lucky? The owner showed us the place and allowed us to sample some incredible salad! I was (we were) blown away. They are experts in the process of organic farming and instrumental in the creation of the Swedish organic ‘krav’ standard. If you happen to be holidaying in Skåne this summer, you could do very much worse than visit this treasure trove. Open only on Fridays with limited stock- but what quality! Highly recommended.
