They came by to give us an offer for redoing floors, walls and partly bathroom and toilet. They encouraged us to give feedback on the offer and come back with questions, which we did. We counted on them, all seemed set up. Then at some point, they stopped answering emails, calls, text messages, basically ghosting a customer that is willing to spend quite some money. Unbelievable. At least tell us that things changed and you're unavailable! We had to get another company in on short notice and had to reduce the scope of the renovation because we didn't find anyone for bathroom/toilet for the renovation period we had planned with Proservitio.
