Hello , I am Monique Van Endert Photographer from Belgium. In 2012 i did a big investment in Profoto Lighting. I have 3 Pro-8a Generators and 5 prohaeds. 2 generators are not working anymore. One is send to Germany 2 months ago and is still not send back to me. They can not repair because they have no spair equipment to repair they told me. This week the second generator went also out of service and need to be repaired. But no body is helping me ....where else I can go for the reparation. No Service and no Help. I am very disappointed as I can not do my job at the moment without these generators. Can someone help me out here? If neccesairy I come tot Sweden myself.Thank so much.Monique

I bought a flash from Profoto and I am very disappointed. The products are already overpriced, but what’s even worse is the service: a repair has now been taking 8 weeks without any progress. My inquiries remain unanswered. This is not what I expect from customer service.

Profoto gör verkligen riktigt bra produkter. Jag själv använder Profoto B1X och Profoto A1. Extremt pålitliga och lätta att använda. Man behöver aldrig oroa sig för tekniken när man är ute på uppdrag.
