I loooooove this place! I can’t say enough good things about it. :) It’s more than just a gym; it feels like a space where you can actually enjoy working out and take care of your health. The team genuinely cares about your well-being — it’s not just about working out, it’s about feeling good overall. It has such a positive, inclusive vibe. The group trainings are honestly super fun, challenging, and really well-structured but never boring. Since I joined the gym beginning of this year, I am here 4-5 times a week :) Highly recommend to anyone in Gothenburg looking for a meaningful and motivating training experience!

Looove my studio! (You can tell how much by me calling it "my" studio.) Been here since Josie started it in January 2024, and I love coming here 4-6 times per week. The workout classes are great and varied, the staff is super knowledgeable and always friendly. In addition to training effectively, they also know lots about good recovery, nutrition, and restorative practices. The studio even has wellness offers with wonderful massage therapists. Monday morning starts with Leg Day Circle Workout in a group setting (that might be my fav class), and we always laugh a lot and enjoy some great music along with the workout. I was never before a particular gym rat and at this place I am having so much fun and feel so well taken care of that I end up working out almost every day. I almost have to remind myself to take a rest day every once in a while. :) The equipment is in perfect shape, it's always clean, and there is lots of space. I can play and do all funky movement exercises that I can come up with (e.g. cross floor stuff and handstand practice) without annoying anyone because it's spacious and roomy. Come any time, you are welcome here, it's a community.

I feel happily welcomed, with warmth and personal connections. Very organized, clean and social place which also give me a "private Gym" feelings.

A beautiful space! Love the views, that it's not too crowded and that it feels new and fresh - it really gives that premium feel! And the classes are really good! Smaller groups to get a focus on technique and the sense of a PT in a group environment. Definitely recommend!

Love the environment at Prehab! The classes are great as well as exercising alone. All of the equipment needed is available without the gym being "too crowded" by many machines. Easily the best gym I have ever been a regular at!
