I’m fortunate to have been on Anna’s program for two occasions! She custom made my goals and training and I often was passing out! I did them all! My personal diet another story! Thank you for all tips and effort, best PT ever💪💪💪🎖️🎖️🎖️💎💎💎🦾🦾🦾🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

Mycket nöjd med Anna som PT! Hon får mig att ta i mer och det ger resultat!

I asked Anna for both meal and exercise plan. The level of details on my plan customized for my own needs was beyond my expectations. Further had a chance to have plenty of workouts tailored for my needs with Anna and result has been apparent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a result oriented PT 👌
