Postpartum Mama is an exceptionally caring, loving, and supportive doula. Having her with our family after birth made all the difference during such an intense and sensitive time. I'm so truly grateful for the care she provided and she make the most delicious food!

Carolina is amazing! Very attentive to our needs as parents, to the point where she would realize I needed a snack before I did myself 😄 She also paid attention to how we liked to organize things or do our dishes and picked up on our habits without even having to ask. And her massage skills are 10/10! My only regret is that I didn't have someone like her when I had my first daughter.

The meals are so good, and Carolina is so friendly and nice that we've now made multiple orders. We are a very happy and well-fed little family! <3 Having her available (even in short notice) to help with meals when times get tough is a life saver. Thank you Carolina!

Carolina was fantastic!!! I had a post partum massage with her as part of a mini mum’s retreat and I loved everything about it. Carolina’s flexibility and understanding of baby needs as well as prioritising us mums was phenomenal. She slotted in perfectly and looked after us without getting in the way. We all got much needed ”me time” while being able to have our babies with us. I wish I could always have Carolina around 😍

I received a postpartum massage as a gift for becoming a first time mom, and it was one of the most thoughtful gifts I could have received. Carolina brings her expertise right to your home, so there’s no need to travel, a luxury during the postpartum period. The massage focuses on lymphatic drainage and my body felt amazing afterward. Carolina is also incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend!

Postpartum Mama is the perfect support for new families who suddenly realize what it truly means to have a baby at home. While the world tends to focus entirely on the newborn, Carolina focuses on supporting the mother—the one giving her entire soul to her baby. Having her there to guide and care for the mum during such a vulnerable time is invaluable. Highly recommended for every new parent!

We recently hosted a beautiful baby shower in collaboration with Sprouted Health, and it couldn’t have turned out better.
