This has become one of the worst service companies in Sweden. Ordered, and paid for home delivery. They do not even try - 'Please walk 3 km to pick up your parcel'. Happens constantly. Thank you for nothing - Zero stars would be appropriate.

Wenn man diese Station sucht muss man in den einkaufsladen gehen. Gleich rechts auf der Seite findet man in dann. Aber super freundlich alle und hilfsbereit. Sie konnte sogar ein wenig Deutsch was sehr hilfreich war. Die Station hat auch Sonntag geöffnet.

Possibly the worst Postnord in the worst ICA in Sweden. They are rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and condescending. I'm sure it's a thankless job, but there is no reason to start with a rude and dismissive attitude. A course in customer service or anger management would be welcome. DO NOT get packages delivered here unless you are willing to suffer at the hands of these incredibly rude people.

There are four women working there that has the worst costumer service ever. I dont know how these women has been trained to do their job since they all are like that, or if its just a reflection of the society. They dont say hello, they look bored and always in a bad mood, when I say something to them they treat me as if I was stupid, they dont even say goodbye. It would be better if Ica just contracted a robot to do the job. Coming there really gives a bad taste in your mouth 🤮

The people that work in Postnord Caroli in Malmö are very rude, this women are always angry, they don't have basic manners, 0 customers services, the more botox they use they are worse.

You will never be asked in any other country for a shipment code AND a physical ID for packages that don't require a signature. Sweden is the only country with endless rundancies of this kind and I don't understand how this system doesn't get revised and improved.
