Incomptetent! I asked for the door to door delivery, not to the service point as the Embassy does not collect from the service points. So now it is delivered to the service point...there is my passport etc.. There is a lady who seems to be absolutely incompetent and barely understands English as well.

Always very long waiting times, the place is understaffed which of course means the boss of this place treats the workers badly. That makes the workers unpleasant towards the customers, but it's only the fault of the boss. Also the building is extremely ugly and soulless, so the boss is also making the whole area uglier by not rebuilding the whole place. Ugliest building on all of Mårtenstorget!

Urusel service. Beställde hemleverans och får meddelande att det inte gick att leverera trots att jag var hemma hela dagen och hade telefonen bredvid mig konstant. När jag ringer för att klaga får jag diverse bortförklaringar, helt orelaterade till mitt problem. Sämsta servicen någonsin!

Very bad service, I have visited last 2 days to collect parcel but they ask id proof..I am new in Sweden I have only passport right now but system doesn't take passport so they can't handover the document to me....very worst service from postnord... its bank document but unfortunately no one help us especially from other country person....shameless service 😢 😞

I've collected my fair share of packages here and the staff is often very uncomfortable. One of their staff members only whispers and is generally uncomfortable
