The staff is efficient and although the lines can be long at certain times. Always get the help I need once it's my turn. It's often very quick and it's the only Postnord I use if I have a choice.

Postnord, they are the worst.. I absolutely cannot recommend anyone sending packages via them!!!! Be careful!!! They just gave my package, which my sister send me from outside of Sweden and handed it to someone else. Told me that they can’t help me and that I must have picked it up which I have not!! Totally unfriendly and arrogant. Didn’t offer any help. And when I kept on demanding my package they said that I have to do it online and call the service. The service told me that they can’t help me, that they can’t give out the information to someone else and that I should contact the foreign mail company, but they couldn’t help me either. So basically they pretend checking your ID and you get a pin to pick up your mail, but even if it’s the wrong person they give out packages!! Can absolutely not recommend sending or receiving packages via Postnord. Use DHL instead!
